Prof. Li Bao Xing, as the researcher of the China Institute for Radiation Protection has engaged  in biomaterial research over decades. He is a post-graduate mentor, too. Since he was appointed as the general manager of Shanxi Osteorad Biomaterial Co., Ltd. he has done a great deal of preeminent achievements in the research , development and marketing of the allogeneic bone grafts. With Prof. Li`s effort, the allograft bone obtained a good social and economic performance. He has become a special government subsidy gainer. Now he is the director of Shanxi Provincial Tissue Bank and the general manager of the Shanxi Osteorad Biomaterial Corporation.
